I got my lab results back yesterday. It was my blood work for diabetes and cholesterol. My A1C level was 6.0. That is the lowest it has been in a very long time. It was not as good as I had hoped but it is still good. It was 7.9 in Jan. of this year which was right before I started on Isagenix.
Today my daughter and I took our "after" pictures for the Isabody Challenge. My daughter is a little discouraged because she still has a way to go. But she has come so far and I am so proud of her. She looks years younger. I think I do too and I am so happy.
